These pan fried cinnamon bananas are very easy to form and taste SO GOOD! They’re amazing (seriously AMAZING) on frozen dessert or pancakes, or simply as a snack. Soft and sweet on the within and caramelized on the surface .
•2 Bananas cut into 1/2″ pieces
•1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
•1 Tablespoon butter
•2 Tablespoons raw honey or regular honey
1.Combine the cinnamon, butter and honey during a frypan over medium-high heat until melted and combined.
2.Add the banana slices and cook for 4 minutes until the bottoms start to caramelize and switch golden brown. Adjust the temperature and cooking time as required in order that they do not burn.
3.Flip all the banana pieces and cook for an additional 4 minutes until the opposite side is golden brown.
4.Serve immediately over frozen dessert , yogurt, pancakes or French toast .
