INGREDIENTS :

!FOR THE CARAMEL SAUCE :

• 20 caramels unwrapped
•3 Tablespoons milk
!FOR THE CAKE
•1 box German Chocolate Cake Mix
•1 box Fudge Brownie Mix
•4 eggs
•1¼ cup water
•1 cup plus 2 tablespoons canola oil
•2 cup chopped pecans divided into 1¼ cups and ¾ cup portions
•6-8 chocolate/caramel turtle candies chopped
!FOR THE CHOCOLATE GANACHE
•1 cup heavy whipping cream
•12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

INSTRUCTIONS :

1.Heat oven to 350F and spray a Bundt pan with bakers spray.
2.Make the caramel sauce first to permit it to chill within the fridge while cake is cooking.

!FOR THE CARAMEL SAUCE :

1.Place unwrapped caramel candies during a microwave-safe bowl. Add the milk. Heat on HIGH 1½ minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until caramels are melted and sauce is smooth. Cool the sauce within the fridge. When cake has cooled quarter-hour , poke holes within the cake.

!FOR THE CAKE :

1.Combine ready-mix , ready-mix , eggs, water and oil during a large bowl and blend on medium for two minutes. Pour 1 cup batter into the prepared Bundt pan. Add 1¼ cups pecans to the remaining batter the pour the batter into the Bundt pan. Bake at 350F for 50-55 minutes.
2.When cake is completed , transfer it to a cooling rack to chill 5 minutes. Remove the cake from the pan and permit to chill .
3.While cake is cooling, make the chocolate ganache.

!FOR THE CHOCOLATE GANACHE :

1.In a small saucepan, heat and stir the cream over medium-low heat just until it begins to boil along the sides . Remove from heat and slowly add the chocolate morsels. Stir gently, then let the mixture sit for five minutes. Whisk the ganache 1 minute until shiny and smooth. Let the ganache cool quarter-hour .
2.When the cake has cooled, pour half the caramel sauce over the highest . Then pour the chocolate ganache over the highest . Sprinkle the cake with chopped turtle candies and ¾ cup chopped pecans. Drizzle more caramel sauce over the turtle candies and chopped pecans on top of the cake.
